Inspection & Testing
TCW Electrical are pleased to be able to offer the following whether you are a Landlord, buying or selling a property or just want to have peace of mind with the safety of your electrical installation.
Visual Inspection
Depending on the size of your installation this normally takes between 1 -2 hours with a full report including photos if required, will be sent to you.
Electrical Installation Condition Report (Periodic Inspection)
A more detailed inspection which also includes testing of individual circuits .
Usually takes between 1/2 to a full day depending on the size of your installation. Like the Visual inspection a full report including photos if required, will be sent to you.

Portable Appliance Testing
Whether you employ a large or small work force, are self employed or a landlord. We all have to make sure that we protect ourselves, our teams or our tenants from the risk of electrical shock and comply with the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989, with regards to any portable piece of electrical equipment (basicly anything with a plug)
TCW Electrical are full trained to complete this testing for you. It doesn't matter if it is a little or a lot, we can take care of your requirements and advise you on how to fulfil the statutory requirements of the regulations.
